In-Stock Orders:

This includes ready-made dickies, shirts, hunt coats and suits purchased from our website or store front.  This excludes all Pre-Orders, Semi Custom Orders or Custom orders or orders that have been customized or altered in any way.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund within 7 days of arrival. Buyer pays the return shipping. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean and nicely folded in return packaging.  Waiting longer than the7 day time period will cause buyer to forego the allowed return period and we will no longer accept the return.

Pre-Orders:

This includes items a customer selects as a Preorder in the checkout process. When a customer chooses a product to be made in their size with a lead time. Lead time is not a guarantee, but only an estimate based on orders in front of yours.

Pre-Orders are eligible for exchange only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a store credit within 7 days of arrival. Buyer pays the return shipping. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean and nicely folded in return packaging.  Waiting longer than the7 day time period will cause buyer to forego the allowed exchange period and we will no longer accept the item. Exchange period begins after purchase is complete.

In-Stock Orders with Alterations:

Customizing includes: alterations of any kind, any changes made to an item or any embroidery or monogram added to a collar.

All in-stock items that have been customized or altered in any way in our shop or elsewhere are final purchase and cannot be returned. 

Custom Orders (Measured by Custom Collars Representative):

This includes Semi-Custom and fully custom orders, for customers measured in person by a Custom Collars Representative.

All custom orders are final, except in the case of physical defect to the item. If this is the case, notify Custom Collars Boutique within 7 days of receiving shipment.

-If you were measured in person by a Custom Collars Boutique representative, your purchase includes one alteration

-You must notify Custom Collars within 7 days of receiving the item if you are needing alterations. After this 7 day time period, we will not alter free of charge. 

-To receive alterations, we will need pictures of you in the garment standing with arms in the showing position. The garment must be pinned with details of what you are wanting altered inside the box you send back to us. 

- Weight fluctuations are normal, but we are not responsible for any weight gain or loss from the time your measurements were taken by a Custom Collars Representative. We measure each item after completion, before we ship out to you to ensure each item will fit the measurements on file and as a means of quality control. We would however be happy to help with any alterations needed from weight fluctuations, and buyer will be responsible for the alteration cost.

Custom Order (Measurements Provided by Customer):

Customers who submit a Semi-Custom Order or Custom Order and are NOT measured in person by a Custom Collars Boutique Representative. This includes having a FaceTime/Skype call with a Custom Collars Representative, but still taking your own measurements.

All Semi-Custom and Custom Orders are Final. For customers who choose to have measurements taken by a third party (yourself, a friend, a local tailor) and send those measurements into Custom Collars Boutique, your purchase does not include alterations. When making your custom order, we make it to the measurements sent to us by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct measurements. 

If you find that you need alterations upon receiving the garment, you can do this finding a tailor or a dry cleaner local to you.   

Second Fitting:

Our goal is for your custom item to fit excellently, but sometimes this requires a second fitting upon arrival of garment to you. This service is provided for customers who were measured in person by a Custom Collars Representative Only.

If alterations need to be made, please let Custom Collars Boutique know with 7 days of receiving your custom garment. This service is only provided for customers measured in person by a Custom Collars Boutique Representative.

-Alterations can be done in our shop or you can use a local tailor of your choosing for alterations. For us to do alterations, the lead time is normally 3-4 weeks.

-Please call the number on the information card inside your package to set up alterations if needed. 

-Customer is responsible for return shipping in the case of needed alterations. 

-Before we can complete alterations, we require garments to be pinned to desired sizing as well as pictures of you in the garment, for our tailors to review and use in the alteration process.  We cannot complete alterations with out these required pieces.

Custom order Timeline:

Better understand our timeline for starting and completing a custom order.

Custom Order Timeline is an approximate lead time. Our lead time is ever changing depending on the season or number of orders in front of yours. We will do everything in our power to have your garment to you in the given lead time, but each item is handmade and we cannot guarantee a specific date under any circumstances. Current lead time is 8+ weeks for semi custom and custom garments.

Return Shipping:

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.  Please notify us if you have sent a package to our address so we can be looking for its arrival.
